The National Coalition of Associations of 7-Eleven Franchisees (NCASEF), founded in 1973, is an independent trade association representing 7-Eleven franchisees across the U.S. It serves as a platform for franchisees, management, and vendors to exchange information and address franchisee interests. NCASEF comprises 40 Franchise Owner’s Associations (FOAs) across 30 states, representing 15 to 400 members each. FOA dues support both regional and national activities. Quarterly, FOAs send representatives to National Coalition Board meetings, ensuring every association has a voice at the national level.
