Follow these steps to enroll your store in FOAC

Log in via 7-Hub or visit:

Search for “FOA”

Select FOA/PAC : Franchise Owners Association

Enter “NONE” in Current FOA if first-time joining

Future FOA: Franchisee Owners of Chicagoland
6
Monthly dues: $15 for FOAC
7
Enter: Join Franchisee Owners Association of Chicagoland
8
Enter: Please enroll Store# (Your Store#) as a member of FOAC

Click the green submit button “SUBMIT”
