Virtual trade show requirements

We are offering our Franchisees great incentives to place orders at your booth during the Holiday Trade Show. While we prepare for the show, we will need several items from you for an in person show and a virtual show as well.

1. A high-resolution PNG file of your company logo and any logos of brands that will be on your virtual booth.

2. A deal sheet, also in high-resolution PNG format, for your products that describes the product details and has financial info (unit cost, unit retail, LDU, bill back/scan back, etc). We have seen that this financial info is an integral part in Franchisees making their buying decisions, so please include this in your deal sheet. Since we are going into winter months, I would also recommend that the quantities on the deals be reasonable, as this will get you a better distribution.

3. We will also require you to provide a delivery window so all the franchises know when to expect your product in-store. Since we are going into winter months, I would also recommend that the quantities on the deals be reasonable, as this will get you a better distribution.

4. Please consider using a raffle item or cash (gift cards) incentive to help promote your deal.  This was the most effective way to get distribution for our vendors that participated in the first virtual show.

5. Product Raffles. This year, we are also asking for product raffles. We will also raffle these items to the stores that have placed orders from your company. (This will be used for Virtual Show only) These raffle prizes can be directly shipped to the winners. We will provide you with the Franchise member's info.

We will need to receive all this information by no later than Friday, October 22nd in order to have your Virtual Booth ready to go. Once we receive this information, we will send you a link with a username and password, so you too can visit the Virtual Trade Show on November 11th. After the virtual show, we will compile the list of stores that placed an order and share that with you.
