Along with our 300+ Franchisee members, we look forward to having 7-Eleven’s Merchandising and Operation teams participating and attending the show. Our 7-Eleven Franchise Owners Association of Chicagoland invites you to participate in our 2014 Trade Show on Thursday, May 1, 2014. We will be hosting our Trade Show at the ODEUM EXPO Center at 1033 N. Villa Avenue • Villa Park, IL 60181 • (630) 941-9292 (www.odeumexpo.com). With last year’s success we’re calling the ODEUM EXPO Center home to our 2014 Trade Show. Register today for your booth at our Trade Show at the ODEUM EXPO Center (Registration Packet Page 2). Space is limited as to the number of vendor spaces available, so if you are interested in participating in our 2014 Trade Show, RESERVE YOUR SPOT TODAY! Once your form and payment is approved, please contact the ODEUM EXPO to facilitate or coordinate specific services (i.e. deliveries, ice, and 1-day liquor license) related to your booth set-up. Schedule of Events REGISTRATION 10:30 to 11:30 am Arrive by 11 am to receive a BONUS raffle ticket! 2014 Trade Show Details: Date of Show: THURSDAY, MAY 1, 2014 Venue: ODEUM EXPO Center 1033 N. Villa Avenue Villa Park, IL 60181 (630) 941-9292 Contact: Brad Walsh www.odeumexpo.com We encourage all exhibitors to set-up booths on the day before the show on April 30, 2014. Vendor Set-Up Times: April 30, 2014 at 11:00 am – 5:00 pm (Major set-up should be completed at this time) May 1, 2014 (Show Day) at 9:00 am – 11:00 am (Minor set-up should be completed at this time) Trade Show Times: May 1, 2014 – Starts at 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM (Teardown needs to be done immediately after Trade Show. Any delays, please contact venue). Each booth will include the following: Pipe & Drape, One (1) 8’ Table (covered in plastic & skirted in linen, two (2) folding chairs, one (1) vendor ID sign, and Standard Electrical 5 AMP Service (550 watts) – Vendors must supply their own power strip/extension cords. Additional booth equipment must be ordered and paid for directly from the ODEUM, a minimum of 14 days in advance of the event. Note to Alcohol Vendors: When registering, please ask about the procedure to obtain your required 1-day liquor license. GENERAL SESSION 11:30 to 1:00 pm Luncheon with Vendors and Guest Speakers Don’t be late! Raffle tickets will only be distributed until 11:45 am. Raffle winners announced at 12:45.
